Refund Process

Stripe Refund Process

To issue a refund in Stripe, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Payments tab in your Stripe dashboard.
2. Find the payment you want to refund and click on it.
3. Click on the Refund button.
4. Enter the amount you want to refund and click on the Refund button again.

The refund will be processed immediately and the customer will receive the funds within 5–10 business days.

Payhere Refund Process

To issue a refund in Payhere, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Payments tab in your Payhere account.
2. Search for the payment that you need to refund.
3. Click on the particular payment to expand the payment details
4. Click on the Request Refund button.

Payhere offers two types of refunds:

• Instant Refunds: These refunds are processed immediately and the customer will receive the funds within 24 hours.
• Delayed Refunds: These refunds are processed after the payment has been paid out to your bank account. The refund will take 5–10 business days to reach the customer.
